About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to handle end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Maintain and update employee records (attendance, personal data, leaves, etc.) in HR systems.
Assist in payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity), and other HR documentation.
Conduct employee engagement activities and maintain a positive workplace culture.
Handle induction and orientation programs for new employees.
Support performance management and appraisal activities.
Draft and manage HR letters (offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, etc.).
Address employee queries related to HR policies and ensure smooth internal communication.
Coordinate with different departments for HR operational requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or related field.
1–3 years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Office, HR software (HRMS), and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn).
Good understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
Experience in HR operations within [industry type – e.g., EdTech, IT, Manufacturing, etc.].
Knowledge of recruitment tools and social media hiring.
Experience in attendance and payroll management systems.
