We are looking for a HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle (hire to exit).
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with onboarding, documentation, employment letters, and employee records
Assist in HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and training coordination
Ensure adherence to all applicable labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal HR policies.
Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, PT, and TDS.
Handle employee grievances and assist with disciplinary actions.
Job Requirements:
Good knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel)
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to maintain professionalism in all situations
Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
