Address and resolve employee queries with quick turnaround.
Maintain and track asset management for all employees.
Manage vendor coordination for HR-related services/tools.
Support hiring activities and assist other HR functions when needed.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operational workflows.

Sourcing the best talent
Using various recruitment techniques (job portals, social media platform, referencing, headhunting) for finding the best-fit candidate as per the requirement
Communicate effectively with the potential candidates through telephone and email.
Schedule and coordinate for interviews
Advanced Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment for niche technical roles while maintaining a pipeline for core manufacturing functions.
Performance & Productivity: Move beyond "annual reviews" to implement a real-time performance management system that links individual output to Arihant’s production goals.
Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Serve as the primary mediator for complex workplace disputes, grievance handling, and union-level negotiations (if applicable).
Data-Driven HR: Utilize HR analytics to predict turnover trends and provide the Board with actionable insights on workforce health.
Policy & Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity) and update internal policies to reflect modern "work-from-anywhere" or "hybrid" manufacturing realities.
