Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support daily sales activities
Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices
Maintain and update CRM systems and sales databases
Track sales targets and prepare performance reports
Communicate with clients regarding orders, delivery schedules, and inquiries
Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure timely execution
Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals
Handle customer complaints or escalate issues when necessary
Organize meetings, events, and sales team schedules
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in sales support, coordination, or administrative roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with CRM software is an advantage
