भूमिका (Role Objective)

गरिमा ग्लोबल को अपने शापर प्लांट के लिए एक ऐसे समर्पित व्यक्ति की तलाश है जो हमारे फाउंड्री मैनेजर के मार्गदर्शन में काम सीख सके और भविष्य में एक कुशल लीडर बन सके। आपको 'सेंट्रीफ्यूगल कास्टिंग' या 'सिलेंडर लाइनर' की पहले से जानकारी होना ज़रूरी नहीं है—हम आपको सिखाने के लिए तैयार हैं। हमें बस आपका अनुशासन और सही नजरिया चाहिए।

आपकी मुख्य विशेषताएं (Required Attitude)

• सीखने की ललक: आप में नई तकनीक (जैसे GG30 कास्ट आयरन और मशीनरी) को बारीकी से सीखने का उत्साह होना चाहिए।

• धैर्य और मजबूती: फाउंड्री का वातावरण गर्म और चुनौतीपूर्ण होता है। आपको शारीरिक और मानसिक रूप से मजबूत होना होगा।

• ईमानदारी और अनुशासन: समय के पाबंद रहना और रोटेशनल शिफ्ट की जिम्मेदारी को गंभीरता से निभाना अनिवार्य है।

• टीम के साथ जुड़ाव: आपको अपनी टीम (मजदूरों और ऑपरेटरों) के साथ मिलकर काम करना होगा और उनका सम्मान करना होगा।

• तकनीकी समझ: आप कंप्यूटर चलाने में सहज हों ताकि भविष्य में हमारे नए ERP सिस्टम पर डेटा एंट्री कर सकें।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां (Responsibilities)

• फाउंड्री मैनेजर के निर्देशों का पालन करना और कास्टिंग प्रक्रिया को बारीकी से समझना।

• मैन्युअल ऑपरेटरों की टीम के साथ तालमेल बिठाना ताकि उत्पादन का लक्ष्य समय पर पूरा हो।

• सुरक्षा नियमों (PPE Kit, चश्मा, जूते) का कड़ाई से पालन करना और करवाना।

• उत्पादन का रिकॉर्ड हमारे डेटाबेस/कंप्यूटर सिस्टम में सही-सही दर्ज करना।

• प्लांट की साफ-सफाई और अनुशासन बनाए रखना।

योग्यता (Qualifications)

• अनुभव: किसी भी मैन्युफैक्चरिंग प्लांट या फैक्ट्री में 3 से 5 साल का काम करने का अनुभव।

• शिक्षा: डिप्लोमा या डिग्री (किसी भी स्ट्रीम में, तकनीकी ज्ञान प्राथमिकता है)।

• भाषा: गुजराती और हिंदी बोलने में सक्षम (ताकि वर्कर्स से आसानी से बात की जा सके)।

The Opportunity

Garima Global is looking for a dedicated individual to join our Shapar plant as a Foundry Supervisor. You do not need prior experience in centrifugal casting; we are looking for a disciplined professional we can invest in. Under the mentorship of our Foundry Manager, you will be trained in the specialized art of GG30 Grey Cast Iron manufacturing.

• Reliable & Disciplined: You understand that in a manual foundry, consistency is everything. You are punctual and take the "Rotational Shift" responsibility seriously.

• Process-Oriented: You follow instructions to the letter. You understand that "close enough" isn't good enough when dealing with molten metal.

• Tech-Ready: You are comfortable using a computer and will take ownership of our transition from manual logs to an ERP system.

Your Responsibilities (Post-Training)

• Team Coordination: Supervise a team of manual operators to ensure the daily "pour" stays on schedule.

• Safety Stewardship: Act as the safety eyes and ears of the floor, ensuring every worker is wearing their gear correctly.

• Data Integrity: Accurately record production numbers into our database and assist in the upcoming ERP rollout.

• Quality Watchdog: Learn to spot visual defects in GG30 cylinder liners and report them immediately to the Manager.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Degree (Any technical/science stream preferred, but not mandatory if you have solid industrial experience).

• Experience: 3–5 years in any manufacturing or factory environment. Experience managing people is more important than knowing the product.

• Language: Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi is essential to communicate with the workforce.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
