About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Andheri East. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling core HR functions such as salary calculation, recruitment, and employee induction within a construction or building materials company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end payroll processing, including attendance management, leave records, and monthly salary calculations.

• Manage the recruitment process – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.

• Conduct employee induction and orientation programs for new joiners.

• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.

• Support HR compliance, statutory requirements, and related administrative tasks.

• Assist in maintaining employee engagement and HR operations smoothly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of HR experience (preferably in a construction/building materials company).

• Strong knowledge of payroll, recruitment, and onboarding.

• Proficient in MS Excel and HR documentation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
