We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for Caregivers (Babysitters) . The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures while maintaining strong candidate engagement.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions (e.g., caregivers, helpers, housekeeping, etc.)
Source candidates through job portals, field hiring, local vendors, consultancy tie-ups, and referrals
Conduct initial screening and shortlisting
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Manage and coordinate with recruitment vendors/consultancies
Visit centres/sites (if required) for hiring support
Maintain strong local sourcing networks
Collect and verify candidate documents
Coordinate BGV & PCC processes
Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities
Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports
Track open positions and closures
Monitor TAT (Turnaround Time) and hiring targets
Maintain regular follow-ups with shortlisted candidates
Reduce dropouts by strong coordination
Ensure positive candidate experience
Strong communication skills (Hindi + regional language preferred)
Ability to handle bulk hiring
Good negotiation skills
Familiarity with job portals & MS Office
Strong coordination & follow-up ability
EXPERIENCE:
1–4 years of experience in blue-collar / bulk hiring
Experience in field recruitment would be a add on advantage
