Job Title: Field Recruiter

Location: BTM Layout / JP Nagar, Bangalore
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply
Age Limit: 18 – 35 years
Languages: English + Any (Kannada preferred)

Job Description

We are hiring Field Recruiters to support our on-ground hiring activities. The role involves meeting candidates, conducting basic screening, and helping fill multiple job positions for clients.

Responsibilities

• Visit field locations to source and meet potential candidates.

• Conduct preliminary screening and explain job roles to applicants.

• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain daily reports of candidates met, shortlisted, and hired.

• Support bulk hiring and meet daily/weekly recruitment targets.

• Promote job openings in nearby areas through field visits, pamphlet distribution, and local networks.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to travel within Bangalore for field recruitment.

• Basic understanding of hiring and candidate sourcing.

• Smartphone and basic knowledge of WhatsApp/Google Maps.
