Performance Tracking: Maintain scorecards for the Service and Admin teams.
Documentation: Handle all HR-related paperwork, holiday lists, and coordination with the central HR department.
Office Maintenance: Oversee housekeeping, office upkeep, and guest hospitality (including beverage management).
