1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning
Understand manpower requirements for:
Facility Supervisors
Housekeeping Staff
Pest Control Technicians
BDM (Business Development Manager)
Operations Executive
Office Admin Staff
Coordinate with Operations & Management team for vacancy approval.
Prepare Job Descriptions (JD) as per operational requirements.
Plan urgent hiring for site-based requirements.
2. Sourcing & Screening
Post job openings on portals (Indeed, Naukri, Apna, etc.).
Source candidates through:
Job portals
Social media
Local references
Field hiring (for technicians & housekeeping staff)
Conduct telephonic screening interviews.
Shortlist candidates as per:
Experience
Salary expectation
Location suitability
Notice period
3. Interview Coordination
Schedule interviews (Virtual / Face-to-Face).
Coordinate between candidate and reporting manager.
Maintain interview feedback records.
Follow up with selected candidates.
4. Offer & Joining Process
Prepare offer letters.
Negotiate salary within company budget.
Follow up for joining confirmation.
Coordinate onboarding process.
Collect required documents:
Aadhar
PAN
Bank details
Education certificates
Previous company documents
5. Onboarding & Documentation
Maintain employee records.
Prepare employee file & ID card.
Update attendance & payroll details.
Coordinate with admin for uniform / kit (for technicians).
6. Compliance & HR Operations
Support statutory compliance:
ESI
PF
Labour compliance
Maintain employee database.
Track probation confirmation.
Handle exit formalities & FNF coordination.
7. Performance & KPI Tracking
Monitor recruitment targets.
Maintain hiring tracker:
Open positions
Closed positions
TAT (Turn Around Time)
Offer vs Joining ratio
Submit weekly recruitment report to MD/Management.
Key Skills Required
Knowledge of blue-collar & technical hiring.
Understanding of facility management operations.
Good communication skills.
Negotiation ability.
Basic knowledge of labour laws.
MS Excel & reporting skills.
KPIs for HR Recruiter
