Field recruiter

We are looking for a Field Rectruiter to join our team at DarHR & Education to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of In Hand Salary and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to onboarding.

• Source and attract qualified candidates through field visits, job fairs, referrals, and local networks.

• Conduct interviews, evaluate applicants, and ensure candidates meet company and client requirements.

• Post and update job ads on various platforms to maintain a consistent flow of candidates.

• Perform background checks and document verification for shortlisted candidates.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets within specified timelines.

• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring positions.

• Coordinate with operations and HR teams to understand manpower requirements.

• Ensure quality hiring by selecting the right candidates as per company standards.

• Submit timely reports on hiring progress and performance metrics.

• Maintain professionalism and efficiency during all recruitment and selection activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in field recruitment, especially in blue-collar or mass hiring roles.

• Strong networking and communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and clients.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict targets and deadlines.

• Excellent organizational and reporting skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven personality.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment tools.
