Job Summary:

We're seeking a motivated Field Recruiter to join our team for a short-term project. You'll be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and submitting reports.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source candidates through various channels (job portals, referrals, etc.)

2. Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability

3. Collect and submit candidate resumes and reports

4. Meet recruitment targets and deadlines

Requirements:

1. 12th pass or equivalent qualification

2. Good communication and interpersonal skills

3. Ability to work independently and meet targets

4. Familiarity with recruitment processes (training provided)
