Sales Telecaller

We are looking for a Sales Telecaller to join our team at Easy Insure & Finance. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹11,000 - ₹20,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Sales: Making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting loan/insurance products, and converting prospects into qualified leads or sales.

• Product Explanation: Clearly explaining loan features, insurance benefits, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and fees to clients.

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and updating call status in the system.

• Verification & Documentation: Collecting initial customer information (income, existing EMIs) and verifying documentation for loan approval processes.

• Follow-Up: Consistently following up with leads interested in loan services to ensure conversion.

• Target Achievement: Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made and leads generated.

• Customer Service: Answering inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and handling objections professionally.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 3 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
