Job Title: ATM Cash Loading & Unloading Executive

Job Summary:
The ATM Cash Loading & Unloading Executive is responsible for the safe and accurate loading and unloading of cash in ATM machines. The role requires strict compliance with security procedures, bank regulations, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure error-free cash transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload cash at assigned ATM machines as per scheduled timelines

• Verify cash count and value accurately during loading and unloading

• Maintain proper records, reports, and log sheets related to cash operations

• Follow dual control and other security procedures at all times

• Check basic ATM functionality and report any issues immediately to the supervisor

• Adhere strictly to cash handling and safety guidelines

• Ensure secure movement of cash between bank, vault, and ATM locations

• Report any cash discrepancies, shortages, excesses, or incidents immediately

• Cooperate fully during audits and inspections

Qualifications / Skills:

• Prior experience in ATM cash handling or cash management preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling

• High integrity, responsibility, and security awareness

• Knowledge of SOPs, compliance, and banking regulations

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
