Job Summary
Gopalan Enterprises is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to support day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in filing, documentation, record maintenance, office coordination, and administrative support activities.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents (physical and digital)
✅ Handle filing, scanning, photocopying, and document management activities
✅ Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier, and office
communications
✅ Maintain employee and company records with proper documentation
✅ Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents
✅ Coordinate with internal departments for administrative requirements
✅ Monitor and maintain office stationery and supplies inventory
✅ Schedule meetings and maintain office calendars
✅ Maintain vendor and service provider records
✅ Ensure smooth day-to-day office administration and support functions
✅ Assist HR and Accounts departments with documentation and administrative tasks
