Responsibilities: • Partnerwithhiringmanagerstoidentifystaffingneedsanddevelop comprehensive recruitment plans. • Sourcecandidatesthroughvariouschannels,includingonlinejobboards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals. • Screenresumesandconductinitialphonescreeningstoassesscandidate qualifications and suitability for open positions. • Coordinateandscheduleinterviewswithhiringmanagersandfacilitatethe interview process. • Conductreferencechecksandbackgroundscreeningsasnecessary. • Extendjobofferstoselectedcandidatesandnegotiatecompensation packages as needed.• Maintainaccurateandup-to-datecandidaterecordsintheapplicanttracking system. • Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithcandidates,hiringmanagers, and external recruitment partners. • Stayabreastofindustrytrendsandbestpracticesinrecruitmentandtalent acquisition. Qualifications: • Bachelor'sdegreeinHumanResourcesManagement,Business Administration, or related field. • ProvenexperienceasanHRRecruiterorsimilarrole,withadeep understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process. • Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills,withtheabilitytointeract effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. • Strongorganizationalskillsandattentiontodetail,withtheabilitytomanage multiple priorities simultaneously. • ProficiencyinEnglish,Hindi,andatleastoneSouthIndianlanguage(Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, etc.). • Demonstratedabilitytoworkeffectivelybothindependentlyandaspartofa team.
