Job Summary:
Support the sales and business development team in identifying potential clients, building relationships, and driving revenue growth in the cocoa products industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in lead generation and market research to identify potential clients.
Support the sales team in client outreach and follow-ups.
Help in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and networking events.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights.
Qualifications & Skills:
MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Basic knowledge of trade regulations and export documentation (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn.
