Marketing Head

We are looking for an enthusiastic Email Marketing Intern to join our team and support our efforts in engaging users through well-crafted, high-performing email campaigns. You’ll learn how to manage and optimize email funnels that reach thousands of job seekers and employers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and scheduling email campaigns for different user segments (job seekers, employers, etc.)

• Work on content writing for newsletters, drip campaigns, and promotional emails

• Analyze email performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions)

• Conduct A/B testing to improve subject lines and templates

• Maintain and update email databases (list hygiene, segmentation)

• Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams

• Stay up to date with email trends, tools, and compliance (CAN-SPAM/GDPR)
