Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Service Coordinator cum Receptionist to join our team AUXIBLE INDIA.

Key Responsibilities

1. After-Sales Service Coordination:

• Client Communication: Call and follow up with clients regarding their service requests or post-installation support.

• Service Team Management: Assign tasks/projects to service technicians based on client requirements and schedules.

• Project Monitoring: Track the progress of ongoing service projects and ensure timely completion.

• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by maintaining regular communication and resolving issues promptly.

• Reporting: Maintain records of service activities and provide regular updates to management.

2. Receptionist Duties:

• Front Desk Management: Greet visitors and clients professionally at the front desk.

• Call Handling: Manage incoming phone calls and route them to appropriate departments or personnel.

• Administrative Support: Handle general administrative tasks such as maintaining visitor logs, scheduling meetings, managing courier services, and basic office coordination.

• Office opening and Closing responsibility.

• It is a Full Time Marketing job for candidates with 6 months - 5 years of experience.
