• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies (On-Page & Off-Page)

• Manage and mentor a team of SEO executives

• Perform keyword research, content strategy, link-building, and competitor analysis

• Monitor daily SEO performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports

• Coordinate with content, design, and development teams for SEO-friendly implementations

• Plan and execute lead generation campaigns via Google Ads and Facebook Ads

• Optimize paid campaigns to improve ROI and CPL (Cost per Lead)

• Stay updated with the latest SEO, SEM, and digital marketing trends

• Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others for analysis and reporting
  
  
  Proven experience as an SEO Team Lead or similar role

• Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking methods

• Experience in Google Ads and Facebook Ads management

• Proficiency in tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager

• Good understanding of HTML/CSS for SEO purposes

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Analytical mindset and data-driven approach

• Excellent communication and reporting skills
