Job Description

Supervise and coordinate daily wire production activities. Ensure production schedules are met as per planning and quality standards. Report daily production status and challenges to management. Check raw materials availability and ensure efficient material usage with minimal wastage. Maintain proper documentation — shift reports, production records, and maintenance logs. Monitor machine performance, process parameters, and product specifications. Conduct quality checks and coordinate with the QA team for inspection and approval. Train and guide production operators and helpers for skill improvement and safety awareness.
