Proven work experience as a CCTV Support Engineer, Networking devices Support Engineer, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Network Switches/Access points/NVR/Server/Firewall Router.
• Good understanding of computer systems, CCTV mobile devices, Apple Devices, and other tech products.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot All IT Devices at Site.
• Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software’s.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Asset Management, Inventory Management, Warranty management, Documentation skills, Daily reports.
• Maintaining all types of Networking/NVR Server devices/IT Devices.
• Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
• Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email, or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue.
• Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal/External teams (Network/Software/Application/Server/3rd party).
• Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports as per requirement.
• Document technical knowledge in the form of notes /manuals/SOP’s.
• Backup/Recovery Management from Storage Servers.
• Tasks & Small Projects Support as per management requirements.
• Knowledge of Mobile technology – Android/iOS/windows/Motorola.
• Troubleshooting all type of Handheld & Touch pad devices as per site requirements.
