Job Description

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network devices
Monitor network performance and ensure system availability
Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls

2. Hardware & Software Support

Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals
Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot operating systems and software applications
Maintain inventory of IT assets and licenses

3. Security & Data Protection

Implement IT security policies and best practices
Manage antivirus, backups, and data recovery processes
Monitor systems for security threats and vulnerabilities

4. Troubleshooting & Helpdesk

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Respond to user complaints and service requests promptly
Maintain helpdesk tickets and technical documentation

5. Server & Cloud Management

Manage on-premise servers and cloud services (email, storage, backups)
Perform system updates, patches, and performance tuning
Ensure uptime and disaster recovery readiness

6. IT Policies & Compliance

Develop and maintain IT procedures and guidelines
Ensure compliance with company IT standards and data protection laws
Support audits and system reviews

7. Vendor & Project Coordination

Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers
Assist in IT infrastructure upgrades and new implementations
Evaluate and recommend new technologies

8. User Training & Support

Train employees on IT systems, software, and security awareness
Provide guidance on efficient use of technology
