Technical Support: Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Windows/Mac OS, software applications, and peripheral devices (printers, scanners).
Installation & Configuration: Set up, configure, and maintain new workstations, software, and peripheral equipment.
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve hardware/software failures, network connectivity issues, and security software issues

Asset Management: Maintain inventory records of hardware, software licenses, and IT peripherals.
User Support & Training: Assist users with technical queries, provide training on new applications, and create documentation.
System Maintenance: Apply OS patches, updates, and security configurations to ensure system integrity.
