Job Description

Job Title: IT Support Engineer (Laptop & Desktop)

Experience: 1–3 Years

Location: Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, and printers.

  • Install and configure Windows OS and required software.

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues.

  • Manage user accounts, email configuration, and system access.

  • Maintain IT asset inventory (laptops, desktops, accessories).

  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements.

  • Ensure system updates, antivirus, and data security.

  • Provide day-to-day IT support to employees.

Skills Required

  • Knowledge of Windows OS installation and troubleshooting

  • Basic understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, and networking

  • Experience with hardware troubleshooting (laptop/desktop)

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
