As a Customer Service Associate , you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers by assisting them with product selection, billing, returns, and general inquiries. You will also support the store operations in maintaining cleanliness, stock availability, and visual merchandising.
Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping queries.
Guide customers to products and explain features, pricing, and promotions.
Resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the Store Manager if needed.
Operate POS systems for billing and process various payment modes (cash, card, UPI).
Maintain accuracy in billing and issue receipts promptly.
Ensure efficient queue management during peak hours.
Refill shelves regularly and ensure proper product arrangement.
Assist in stock counting, checking expiry dates, and removing damaged goods.
Support in implementing visual merchandising standards as per guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the floor.
Support crate movement, unloading, and basic inventory checking when required.
Assist in any promotional or seasonal activity within the store.
10th or 12th pass (minimum); graduate preferred.
Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of computers and billing systems.
Good communication skills in local language (Kannada) and Hindi/English.
Physically fit and willing to work in rotational shifts (morning/evening).
