We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and maintaining strong client relationships through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email communication.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products/services.
Follow up on leads generated through digital campaigns, inquiries, and references.
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits effectively to prospects.
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and client details in CRM.
Schedule meetings or demos for interested clients with the sales manager.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Handle customer objections professionally and provide timely follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Any graduate
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service (freshers with good communication skills can apply).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is a plus).
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Ability to handle pressure and achieve monthly targets.

Salary: 
₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience & performance) + Incentives
