To Train and guide the team for achieving targets
To Manage the team of sales executives.
To Report the team performance to the CEO.
Major Activities :
He will guide his team for how to do the sales.
Setting sales Targets as per the allocation.
Review the sales team along with the DSR reporting.
Going along with the sales team and closing sales calls wherever required.
Relationship management with his own Key clients.
Providing monthly data driven management reports on performance and pipeline
Lead by example by consistently delivering self-initiated new business
RESPONSIBILITY :
Ensure all prospect activity and prospect funnel is recorded on in real time
Work within compliance procedures and guidelines
