We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at Health mug pvt .Ltd. The role involves handling order-related issues, payments, returns, and guiding users through our platform across multiple communication channels, the position offers a salary of ₹18000 - ₹22000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries via chat, email, phone, and app

• Resolve order, payment, and return-related issues

• Guide new users through on boarding and product features

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions

• Update and manage FAQs and help content

• Gather and manage customer feedback and reviews

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
