Key Purpose
Generate quality leads, follow up on inquiries, schedule site visits, and support the sales team in closing property deals.
Core Responsibilities
• Inbound Calls
- Answer leads from website, portals, ads & walk‑ins.
- Extract details (budget, location, property type) & qualify prospects.
• Outbound Calls
- Cold‑call & warm‑call prospects from CRM database.
- Pitch projects, share brochures, & highlight USP’s.
• Follow‑up
- Maintain daily call logs & update CRM.
- Send SMS/WhatsApp/Email follow‑ups as needed.
• Visit Coordination
- Fix site‑visit appointments & confirm attendance.
- Brief customers on project details, payment plans, offers.
• Reporting
- Submit daily/weekly MIS reports (leads, conversions, feedback).
• Customer Service
- Resolve basic queries politely & professionally.
- Escalate complex issues to senior sales members.
Required Skills
• Excellent spoken English + Hindi (other local language a plus).
• Strong persuasion & objection‑handling abilities.
• Comfortable with cold‑calling & rejection.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
