Experience Required: 1–3 years
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000/month + Incentives
Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calls, and meetings
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
Product Presentation & Negotiation: Present IT solutions and services to potential customers, conduct demos, and negotiate deals to close sales
Sales Reporting: Maintain records of sales activities and prepare periodic performance reports
Collaboration: Work with internal teams (marketing, tech, support) to align sales strategies with company goals
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
Experience: Proven track record in IT/Tech sales, preferably B2B
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, basic IT solutions, and digital platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
