We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Freelancer who has strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube). The candidate should be capable of planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns to generate quality leads and conversions.
Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Lead Gen, Traffic, Conversion, Retargeting).
Handle Google Ads including Search, Display & YouTube campaigns.
Perform audience targeting, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
Optimize ad creatives, copies, headlines, and CTAs for better ROI.
Monitor daily ad performance and control ad spend efficiently.
Track leads, conversions, CPL, ROAS using Meta & Google dashboards.
Setup and manage Pixel, Conversion Tracking, and GTM (basic level).
Create performance reports (weekly/monthly) with insights and improvement plans.
Coordinate with content/design team if required (or give clear creative inputs).
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads Dashboard.
Hands-on experience in lead generation campaigns.
Clear understanding of funnels, landing pages, and conversion tracking.
Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Experience working with SME / service-based businesses is a plus.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
