Role Overview
As an Admission Counsellor, you will play a key role in student admissions, revenue growth, and customer acquisition. You will interact with students and parents, guide them in choosing suitable programs, and help them through the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads and generate new sales through outbound calls and emails.
Counsel students and parents, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable programs.
Support students with the application process and required documentation.
Provide information on admission requirements, enrollment, and deadlines.
Convert leads into admissions and achieve sales targets.
Maintain records and work effectively using CRM tools.
Requirements
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
Target-driven mindset with proven sales conversion skills.
Experience in using CRM software.
Good listening, presentation, and counselling skills.
