Job Title: Senior Associate Manager

Role Summary:

The Senior Associate Manager will be responsible for leading, managing, and developing a high-performing team. This role focuses on people management, coaching, mentoring, and fostering a positive work environment that drives engagement, productivity, and continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, supervise, and manage a team to achieve organizational goals

• Allocate work, set clear expectations, and monitor performance

• Ensure team alignment with company objectives and values

2. People Development

• Coach, mentor, and guide team members to enhance skills and capabilities

• Identify training needs and create development plans

• Drive career progression and succession planning within the team

3. Employee Engagement & Retention

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating work environment

• Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts effectively

• Implement engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention

4. Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency and workflows

• Implement best practices for team management and development

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

• 5–8+ years of experience in team handling and people management

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities

• Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, and team development

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
