We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Telecaller Executive to promote and process used car loan finance applications. The role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their vehicle loan needs, explaining product features, and assisting them throughout the loan process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales aptitude, and the ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers for used car loan finance.
Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation, interest rates, and EMI options.
Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and dealership tie-ups.
Follow up with interested customers and help them complete their applications.
Coordinate with sales, credit, and documentation teams for smooth loan processing.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status in CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets.
Handle customer queries and provide post-loan assistance if needed.
Build and maintain good relationships with car dealers and existing clients.
