We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2C sales, managing client visits, delivering impact presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships, and a proactive approach to meeting business targets.
Handle B2C sales activities to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Conduct client visits, meetings, and presentations to promote products/services.
Coordinate with customers to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Work closely with the Head of Marketing to implement strategies and achieve goals.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing queries and concerns promptly.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns (online and offline).
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and trends.
Generate and maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client communications.
Support in creating promotional materials, social media posts, and marketing content.
Participate in events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to enhance brand presence.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic sales/CRM applications.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle clients professionally.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
