The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Director provides high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to the Director. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, confidentiality, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment. The EA acts as a key liaison between the Director, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Manage Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Director
Prepare agendas, meeting notes, presentations, and reports
Maintain records, files, and confidential documents
Draft professional communication, letters, and official documents
Act as a point of contact between the Director and employees, clients, vendors, and partners
Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and business visits
Follow up on action items and deadlines across departments
Ensure smooth communication flow between leadership and teams
Support planning and execution of business meetings, reviews, and strategy sessions
Track projects, priorities, and deliverables assigned by the Director
Assist in budget tracking, approvals, and documentation
Support compliance, reporting, and documentation processes
Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality
Represent the Director’s office with professionalism and discretion
Maintain high standards of ethics and integrity
