We are looking for a Relationship Manager with experience in life / health / motor insurance sales to acquire new customers, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets through effective communication and financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and acquire new customers for insurance products.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and business objectives.
Conduct regular follow-ups with existing customers for policy renewals and cross-selling opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and post-sale services.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, competitors and market trends.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
Should be a graduate / post graduate.
2–4 years of experience in life or motor or health insurance sales, bancassurance or agency channels.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Customer-focused attitude with a high level of integrity.
