The role involves expanding the dealer network, engaging site engineers and contractors, and boosting retail-level brand recognition. • Establish and nurture dealer/distributor networks in assigned territory
• Visit channel partners regularly to strengthen relationships and drive sales
• Execute retail visibility and promotional initiatives to enhance brand recognition
• Conduct site visits and engage with engineers, builders, and contractors to promote AAC   products
• Organize product demos, mason meets, and training sessions for influencers
• Track secondary sales, ensure timely collections, and resolve dealer issues
• Share competitor intelligence and regional insights with sales leadership
• Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, commercial) for smooth operations
