Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Plus attractive incentives)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. The role involves handling client inquiries, conducting site visits, promoting real estate projects, and closing deals efficiently.
Generate quality leads through calls, referrals, and digital channels
Conduct property presentations and coordinate site visits with clients
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable real estate options
Handle negotiations and close sales to achieve monthly targets
Maintain strong post-sales relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
Track and update daily interactions, follow-ups, and conversions
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth sales operations
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a similar field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
Confident, well-presented, and customer-focused personality
Must own a smartphone and two-wheeler for site visits and field work
Knowledge of the Gurgaon real estate market is an advantage
Comfortable working full-time from the office (Gurgaon)
