Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, industry events, and online channels. Build a robust sales pipeline of qualified leads and revenue growth.
• Follow-up for leads and schedule meeting for technical / sales head.
• Handle complete sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure.
• Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
• Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel sales —Indiamart, LinkedIn, google, SEO, Seminar, Distribution network etc .
• Build and mentor a small marketing team, fostering innovation and accountability.
• Maintain sales funnel and database with regular follow-up.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–10 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven expertise in B2B marketing.
• Hands-on experience with design and prototyping technology business.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience in performance reporting.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel will be a strong plus.
• Existing network of contacts within target industries (e.g., automotive, medical devices, consumer goods, PSUs)
