The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves promoting company products or services, understanding customer needs, and providing effective solutions to drive revenue growth.
Identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and client information.
Follow up with clients for payments and post-sales support.
Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
Good presentation and convincing ability.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (plus incentives/commission based on performance).
