Key Functions:
Attending incoming calls, making outgoing follow up calls, smart presentable, good communication skills
Purpose: Inform existing and potential customers about the brand activities through phone calls, emails and SMS
Job description:
Attend incoming calls and make outgoing calls to inform and update customers
Present data correctly and attend all customers on time and with courtesy
Good communication skills. Should be proficient in Marathi, Hindi and English (verbal written)
Should be able to converse fluently on phone, understand customer requirements and pitch appropriately
Should be follow processes, ensure systematic follow-up with the customer to achieve time bound targets
Should be able to work with the team to achieve targets and should take measures to address customer queries
Should represent the company in a positive light
