Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property sales to achieve company targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide complete details about Bhumi Group’s projects.

• Conduct site visits with prospective buyers and highlight key project features.

• Negotiate terms and close property sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Maintain strong follow-up with leads and manage the CRM database.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales campaigns and promotional activities.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar industry.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in achieving sales targets.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

• Two-wheeler/four-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred).
