Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive (Accounts) with hands-on experience in Tally, GST compliance, and account reconciliations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, ensuring accurate data entry, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update accounts in Tally ERP
Handle GST-related work including filing, data preparation, and compliance
Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations regularly
Manage invoices, billing, and payment follow-ups
Record daily financial transactions and maintain proper documentation
Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
Coordinate with internal teams for accounting-related queries
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all back-office accounting tasks

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
1–3 years of experience in accounting/back office role
Strong knowledge of Tally and GST
Experience in account reconciliations
Good understanding of accounting principles
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
