Executive - Stores
Inventory Management & Physical Stores
Maintain and dispense inventory of consumables, PPE, chemical reagents, and containers used for biomedical & pharmaceutical waste segregation.
Track stock levels via daily logging and reorder timelines to maintain uninterrupted facility operations.
Material Receipt & Issue Processing
Verify incoming materials (quality, quantity, documentation).
Issue store materials to operational teams (segregation, transport, treatment) with supporting vouchers and reporting — ensuring traceability.
Record Keeping & Documentation
Maintain comprehensive documentation including inward/outward material logs, inventory ledgers, stock reconciliations, expiry/expiry-led tracking, and storage audits.
Conduct regular stock audits to detect mismatches or slow-moving items.
Coordination with Operational Teams
Support operations, maintenance, logistics, and safety departments with material requirements.
Collaborate with environmental health & safety (EHS) to track PPE issuance, equipment accessories, and safety stock usage.
Store House Management
Keep storage areas organized, hygienic, and compliant with site safety guidelines.
Ensure adequate ventilation, pest control measures, and upkeep of shelving/racks.
Reporting & Performance Metrics
Generate daily/weekly/monthly stock usage, reorder alerts, deviation reports, and cost trackers.
Monitor and report KPIs such as stock-out rates, issuance accuracy, and order turnaround times.
High school diploma (minimum); diploma or degree in Pharmacy, Materials Management, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
1–5 years of store/inventory or logistics experience in healthcare, environmental services, or regulated goods environments.
Familiarity with biomedical/pharmaceutical waste processes or regulated chemical storage is advantageous.
Proficient in basic inventory management systems or MS Excel.
Good command of English and/or Kannada for effective written and verbal communication in a bilingual operational context.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and methodical in documentation and processes.
Basic quantitative skills for stock reconciliation and reporting.
Capacity to collaborate and coordinate with diverse teams including operations, procurement, safety, and maintenance.
High standards of personal accountability, hygiene awareness, and adherence to safety norms.
Proactive approach to stock level forecasting and minimizing disruptions.
