We’re looking for a confident and well-presented Jewellery Sales Executive to join our Bangalore showroom team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fine jewellery, an eye for detail, and strong customer relationship skills, delivering a luxurious and personalized shopping experience.
Assist clients in selecting jewellery that suits their preferences and occasions.
Maintain in-depth product knowledge across gold, diamond, and polki collections.
Support senior sales staff during client appointments and showroom events.
Ensure merchandise is attractively displayed and stock is maintained accurately.
Handle billing, packaging, and coordinate after-sales services.
Record daily sales, leads, and customer feedback.
Participate in exhibitions and brand events as a brand representative.
Uphold the brand’s reputation for trust, quality, and personalized service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
Impeccable grooming and presentation.
Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and customer-focused.
Proficient in POS/Billing software and basic Excel or WhatsApp Business tools.
