Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sourcing top IT talent, building strong talent pipelines, and enhancing the recruitment process to support our company’s growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and campus hiring initiatives.
Cold Calling and schedule interview.
Conduct preliminary HR interviews to assess candidates' fit for company culture and role expectations.
Coordinate and facilitate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiations.
Drive employer branding initiatives, including job fairs, hackathons, and social media engagement.
Stay informed on emerging IT roles, market trends, and salary benchmarks.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–4 years of experience in IT recruitment (in-house or agency).
Familiarity with IT technologies and common technical roles (e.g., developers, DevOps, data scientists).
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
