Job Title: Center Head – G-TEC Computer Education, ChromepetJob Location: Chromepet, ChennaiJob Type: Full-timeRoles and Responsibilities:1. Center Operations ManagementOversee the day-to-day operations of the institute.Ensure all classes, batches, and faculty schedules run smoothly.Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and a professional learning environment.2. Business Development & MarketingPlan and execute marketing activities (posters, college visits, seminars, etc.) to attract new students.Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.Build relationships with schools, colleges, and corporate clients for tie-ups.3. Student Admission & CounsellingHandle student inquiries and guide them to choose the right course.Ensure proper follow-up with leads from online and offline sources.Manage the admission process, fee collection, and documentation.4. Team ManagementSupervise counsellors, faculty, and office staff.Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.Motivate staff to achieve center goals and maintain a positive work culture.5. Academic CoordinationEnsure timely start and completion of batches.Monitor teaching quality and student feedback.Coordinate with head office for certifications, exams, and updates.6. Financial ResponsibilitiesMonitor fee collection and maintain accounts transparency.Control operational expenses and ensure profitability.7. Reporting & ComplianceSubmit daily/weekly/monthly reports to management.Maintain all student and operational records accurately.Ensure adherence to G-TEC quality and operational standards.Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate / Postgraduate (any discipline).Minimum 2–3 years of experience in education center management or related field.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Strong sales, counseling, and people management abilities.Knowledge of computer courses is an added advantage.
