We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support human resource functions across factory and warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people processes and eager to build their HR career in a dynamic, on-ground environment.
Support housekeeping team management: maintain leave records, assist in training and scheduling.
Coordinate basic tasks related to security staff management and documentation.
Assist in onboarding processes: collect documents, manage punching registration, and data entry in HR systems.
Help organize and participate in recruitment processes including calling, interview scheduling, trial coordination, and joining formalities.
Participate in employee meetings and note feedback for improvements.
Perform regular floor visits to observe operations and escalate employee concerns to senior HR.
Maintain accurate attendance and leave records.
Assist with data collation for payroll processing.
Participate in employee engagement programs and HR events.
Contribute ideas for improving HR processes and policies.
Support recruitment and onboarding activities for warehouse staff.
Maintain HR documentation and employee records.
Help track attendance and follow up on leave requests.
Assist in regular engagement activities and employee query handling.
Support policy updates and implementation with guidance from senior HR.
Participate in HR audits and documentation checks.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0–3 years of HR experience (internship or trainee experience in manufacturing/logistics is a plus).
Basic understanding of HR functions like recruitment, onboarding, and attendance management.
Familiarity with MS Office tools and willingness to learn HR software systems.
Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a problem-solving attitude.
